1 Clove garlic
1 Birdseye red chilli
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
125 ml Boiling water
3 Tbsp fish sauce
3 Tbsp cup raw sugar
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
Cut all ingredients and pour in lime juice into a small container, pour in the boiling water and put into fridge or use straight away as an all round dipping sauce.
