1 Ice-burg Lettuce placed face down in ice cold water for 10 min, then separate into cups
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp corn flour mixed with 2 Tbsp water
1 Carrot diced
1 Red Capsicum diced
1 Garlic clove diced
1 Tsp chopped ginger
Handful of Chang's Fried Noodles
1 Green Onion diced
500gm Pork Mince
Sauce:
4 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
2Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Chinese Cooking wine
1 Tbsp fine sugar
1 Tbsp Sambal Olek or 1 tsp chilli paste
Heat 2 Tbsp sesame oil in a wok, add the garlic, ginger and onions stiry fry for 30 secs.
Add the pork mince until almost browned, add the sauce, then add the red capsicum, carrot and stir fry for about 5 min, add the corn flour mix and this will thicken within 20 sec, take off the heat and serve in lettuce cups finally top with crispy noodles.
