BBQ Pork Pancakes with Shallots, Cucumber and Sweet sauce

Serves 2 people.
300 grams fresh BBQ pork
3-4 Single shallot stalks cut into 2 inch sticks
Small packet of pancakes (8-10) from Asian shop, these are the same as duck pancakes.
1 small cucumber cut into 2 inch sticks
Hoisin sauce

Wrap frozen pancakes in foil and steam for 10-15 minutes in your bamboo steamer
Warm up or cut fresh BBQ pork straight from the oven
Put cucumber, shallots and hoisin sauce on a plate ready to serve.
Get one pancake, wrap with BBQ pork, 1 stick cucumber,1 shallot and spoon in a tsp of hoisin sauce.
