10 Green Prawns, diced fine
150gm Pork Mince
Handful Chopped Garlic Chives
1 Tbsp Shaoxing Rice Wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Bok Choi Diced
1 packet of wonton wrapper or round dumpling wrapper ( sold anywhere )
Makes about 20
Dipping Sauce
1 small chilli diced
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
Mix all ingredients together, place one tsp of filling into the wonton wrapper and push all sides together with a little water. Working from one end of the wonton to the other, crimp 6 or 7 pleats pushing together with your thumb and index finger to close up all the edges (shown below). Place on grease proof paper in your steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
