CC Damo from a young age became inspired by culture and cuisine. After traveling to Japan as an exchange student at 13, Damo had a fascination with Asian cooking and culture. Damo has been inspired from many chefs such as Luke Perry; Pauline Nguyen, Mark Jensen, Neil Perry, David Thompson, Pete Evans and Hideo Dekura. This site is intended to share the passion of asian cooking at home.
